Began to manufacture metal components by screw machining in Hong Kong

Began to manufacture metal components for home appliances producers & the company renamed to
" Boly Metal Manufactory Ltd."

The company purchased its own factory premises at Kwun Tong, which is the current address and the
company capital was increased to HK $1,000,000

The company began to relocate part of the production capacity equipment into mainland China factory.
The mainland factory was situated at Ping Hu, Shenzhen "BOLY METAL MANUFACTORY" was established.

Due to expansion of business volume, a new site area of 5300 sq. metre was purchased. The project
was a private own venture.

The construction of first phase of new factory building was stated (Floor area was 6750 sq. metre which
included a main factory building of 3 floors and a worker dormitory of 4 floors including complimentary facilities.)

The New factory building was completed. Production commenced with a screw machine workshop,
a CNC machining workshop and an assembly workshop. The company capital was increased to HK$5,000,000
and a number of computer controlled lathes were produced to respond market need.

The company Capital was further increased to HK$10,000,000 and more precision automatic lathes were
bought. In October, Boly achieved the ISO 9002:1994 Certificate No. QSC-7160.

Expended CNC Tapping Center and invest precision vertical tapping machines from Japan.

Purchase more precision CNC Lathe machines, and developing the 2nd new site 5300 sq. metre.
Total area of factory will be 13,800 sq. metre.
