Our turning operations utilize the latest technology and expertise available. That allows us to
offer your company the very best in design, manufacturing, inspection and offline programming. Our well-equipped, climate controlled facilities enable us to handle large production runs down to a single prototype.

The Miyano turning machine equipped live tooling for cross-drilling and tapping and various milling configurations. It brings us more experience on varied materials, finishes, tolerances and complex features and quick-turn-around for even the toughest screw machining projects.

By utilizing Pro/E and MasterCam software, we increase efficiency and part accuracy to ensure your product is manufactured to print in accordance with your specifications.
