Automatic Screw Turning

Typically used for high-volume, low-cost turned parts. Screw machines equipped with a multi station (turret) tool holder. It can make more than just screws, they have the capability of turning diameters, counter boring, undercutting grooves, facing as well as threading and tapping. Our screw machine department consists of more than 50 screw machines with the capacity to run up to 1.65” (42 mm) diameter bars.
